THM T-Shirt Shop

Upon checking my email this afternoon, I found this email from the company through which THM’s t-shirts are manufactured and shipped:

Dear Shop Partner:

Between June 13 and July 17, we received a large number of orders for our
newly-introduced Digital Direct printing process. At the same time, our
new Digital Direct equipment experienced technical problems, which
prevented us from delivering on our normal promise of 2-3 business days.

We are not pleased with this situation. This is because next to high
product quality, the fast production and delivery of individualized
products is our top priority, even during busy holiday periods. We have
worked diligently to solve the problems with our Digital Direct equipment,
and we are now able to deal with high demand quickly.

As a result, we have sent all of our Digital Direct customers who were
affected by the recent delay a coupon for $15 off their next purchase.
This invites them to try our service again, and to be delighted by the
fast production and delivery, which is our norm.

Since there were also orders for Digital Direct products from your shop
during our recent production delay, we would like to send your customers
for these products the same coupon offer (see below).

We respect your decision about whether we as platform provider should be
contacting your customers directly. Therefore we kindly ask for your
permission to send them the Email text below this message.

If you are not in agreement with this, please send us an empty Email no
later than Monday, August 18 to partner@spreadshirt.com. Simply click on
“Reply” and then “Send”. We will then remove your customers from our
distribution list.

I thought to share the email, in case anyone had personally experienced problems with the service during the specified time period. In which case, I would also like to tender my own apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

I will be allowing Spreadshirt to contact any customers who may have made purchases from the THM T-Shirt Shop during that time to offer the specified $15 coupon.

Unfortunately, I’ve been a bit swamped lately, so I haven’t had much of a chance to design any new apparel for the store recently, though I do hope to get caught up on that within the next couple weeks. Keep an eye out for announcements here when new merchandise is released!
