Gear Enhancements for Hunters: Enchants

As you’ve no doubt noticed by now, the latest expansion has provided me with the perfect excuse to rehash a bunch of my old articles to update them for the most current content. Of course, I could just go back and update old entries, but the drawback would be that those articles aren’t on the front page, where people are likely to see them. Also, I’d rather leave the old articles as they are for anyone interested in content from the previous expansion.

Anyway, today I’ll be continuing the update process by covering Hunter enchants added in Wrath.

Looking at all these haste enchants makes me wonder… How has haste been affecting you in raiding, if any? Would you pick that over Agility?

  2. Healarity says:

Argh, I wish I had one of these lists for zee Priest.

I’ll bookmark this too, though. Thankies!

@Loronar — I wouldn’t snag Haste over Agility, particularly not for enchants. It seems to be built into a lot of Northrend gear anyway. I think it will end up being much like Priests’ spell haste for T6/Sunwell at some point… it’s not doing us a whole lot of good at the moment, but will likely come into play later on. That’s the only reason I can come up with for it being available in such copious amounts. The fact that Auto Shots can’t be clipped anymore helps significantly with dealing with lots of Haste.

@Heal — I’ll see what I can come up with for Priests and post it on my other (woefully neglected) blog. :)

Ooh, lovely! I’ll keep an eye out for that then :)

  5. Evidences says:

You forgot to add the Arcanum of Torment from ebon blade rep that adds 50 Ap and 20 crit rating.

Also there are some really nice wrist and leg enhancements that only leatherworkers can use.

  6. Trent says:

I love being a Leather worker. Fur Lining – Attack Power gives me 144 AP to bracers :)

    Lolz i meant 114

  8. Kazghar says:

Hey, I noticed you left out the head enchantment you can get from being revered with Knights of the Ebon Blade, Arcanum of Torrent.
